The Tech Entrepreneur Partner program lets developers and IT professionals build and sell ERP solutions on MyBiz technology, customizing through a controlled AI-assisted environment instead of raw source code — our highest project commission tier.
The Rs. 15,000 registration fee and Rs. 35,000 CRM/training charge are non-refundable service charges. The Rs. 200,000 security deposit is refundable subject to the signed Partner Agreement — typically released after five successfully converted businesses, or on formal exit and handover.
Tech Entrepreneur Partners do not need unrestricted access to MyBiz source code. You work through the MyBiz controlled AI-assisted development environment, where approved ERP changes can be requested through prompts, tested and implemented under MyBiz governance — so you can sell, configure and help implement real ERP solutions while MyBiz protects its core intellectual property and production environment.
Request approved changes through MyBiz AI instead of direct code-level access.
Core ERP source code, production credentials and sensitive infrastructure remain controlled by MyBiz.
Invoice formats, reports, approved configurations and other permitted changes can be handled safely.
AI-driven changes remain logged, reviewable and reversible under MyBiz implementation controls.
As a Tech Entrepreneur Partner, you may apply for district exclusivity. During the initial expansion stage, exclusivity may be allocated more readily where the requested district is available; as the network grows, MyBiz will assess existing commitments, active partners, pipelines and market conditions before approval.
Registering a prospect does not create ownership of that customer. Once you complete a verified demo, the relevant customer-and-solution opportunity is protected for you for 90 days. If documented negotiations, budget approval, technical evaluation or another genuine sales process remains active, MyBiz may approve an extension — otherwise the protection expires and another partner may pursue the opportunity.
